Issue with Progress bar alignment in mobile for Storyline course.

Sep 11, 2019

Hi Guys,

We have developed a course in Storyline 360 (v3.30.19518.0). The course works fine on PC, however on mobile devices the progress bar gets overlapped with navigation buttons in landscape mode. In, Potrait mode, the progress bar alignment goes for a toss and it appears at bottom of slide whereas the the course remains at top.

We have used Custom modern player and the output is HTML5 only.

It would be great if you people help on this.

Thanks

Hi Nilesh,

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are running into when viewing your published course on a mobile device.

We do have this issue reported and I've added this conversation as we track user impact. We will be sure to update you here when we have information to share as well.

I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.

Hi everyone,

Great news!  We just released another update for Articulate 360 and included a few important fixes you'll see in the release notes.

The item you'll be interested in is:

Enhanced: On mobile devices in landscape mode, the seekbar in the modern player no longer overlaps the slide content. Now the seekbar displays below the slide content.

Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.

Please let us know if you have any questions, either here or by reaching out to our Support Engineers directly.
