Blank screen when

Hi All, I am using the recently updated Articulate Storyline 3 and keep getting a blank screen when I preview the entire project and publish. It works fine if I preview a scene though.
Other e-learning that I've created works fine and I can preview them. I'm working on Windows 10. I have it saved on a shared network and local PC. I read that there are problems when using network but it doesn't work when saving to local PC either.

Your first scene contains only an empty slide. That's what you see when you preview or publish the whole project. I deleted the scene and everything works fine.
