I have published a web version of my project to upload onto our web server (non LMS). When users view the story.html file the first time all is good. When users view the web page a second time the screen is blank.
Can someone please explain why this is happening? It works perfectly for me so it doesnt make sense....
Hi Stephanie. Have you checked if this is browser specific? I have had similar issues recently, not actually with Storyline, but Captivate, and found it was specific to Internet Explorer and worked fine on other browsers. Not that this really helps, but may narrow down the problem. Louise
Yes have checked in multiple browsers, computers etc. Turns out the file was corrupt. I upgraded the file from an earlier version which obviously caused issues so I had to re-create the entire project from scratch - works as expected now.
