We have recently published a module in Storyline 1 that has scrolling panels. I did include html5 output when I published it.
A significant number of users are seeing entirely blank slides when they are using Chrome. Internet Explorer seems to be much better, but not 100% perfect.
First question, is this a flash related issue?
Second question, is there any way around it without enabling flash on everyone's browsers across the entire company?
Hi there, Mickael. It's possible that it's a Flash vs. HTML5 issue, especially since Chrome now disables Flash by default, and Internet Explorer will display the Flash output.

Can you confirm what update of Storyline 1 you're using (Help > About Storyline)?
