Hello all, when I do a screenshot of a web page to add to my slide in Storyline 360 the screenshot is blurred and it is the same problem if I use the screenshot tool from Storyline 360 or from an external screenshot tool and copy the picture... How can I get a clear screenshot ?? When I record my screen to make a video with SL 360 tool it is clear so I don't understand why I loose the quality of the picture when it is a simple screenshot. Can you help me?

I'm sorry you're experiencing a similar issue. I don't see that we received a file from Alexandra for testing purposes, so I don't have an update to share. Any chance you could work with us directly in a support case so we can investigate further? We'll be in touch soon after!

So far, I've tried everything that has been suggested by the message board postings and Support Engineer, and I'm still facing the same issue.
Have you had any luck on your end?
So, I guess the tech gave up on me. The recommendations weren't working for me - so he said he reported the issue as a software bug.
It's so weird because I've used TONS of screenshots with Storyline in the past and have never had this issue. It's very frustrating - I'm going to need to deliver this course to a client soon and the image is still blurry.

I'm still stuck with these screenshots, though, and the delivery date for the project is creeping up. Are there any other suggestions I can try?

I do not see that we have any workarounds to share yet, but our Engineering team is currently reviewing this bug. When we release a fix, we'll be sure to update this discussion. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA to share yet.

Even I'm facing the same issue. The screenshots are coming up clear in Presentations, word docs, but it is blur when I upload it to Storyline.

We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 63, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
One of the fixes we’ve included is:
We improved how Storyline 360 handles images during import and in the published output, resulting in crisper images.
