Bookmarking/Resume issue on result screen

Hi All,

I have a course with 56 screens and 1 assessment+result. Assessment has 10 questions which are randomly appearing on the screen.

While running the course on LMS, If I exit it from result screen(in both cases: Pass and Fail) and re-attempt it by clicking 'Yes' on the resume popup, it navigates me to the assessment question, ideally, it should navigate to the result screen only.

I have set all assessment questions and result screen to “Resume saved state”.

Resume functionality behaves properly if I attempt only assessment part but if I take a complete course first(i.e If I visit all screens included in the course) and then attempt an assessment the above-stated issue occurs.

I could not manage to debug the issue. Request you to please help me out with the solution.

Hi there Gouri,

Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet?  If so, are you getting the same results? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues.  We are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your file!

Also, what SCORM spec did you publish with? SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004?

Hi Alyssa,

Sorry for late reply, I was busy in some other priority tasks hence could not manage to do so.

As you said, I have tested the same package on SCORM cloud and its not working proper there as well. It published in SCORM 1.2.

Also I will let you know regarding the file sharing once I get confirmation from my PM. Meanwhile, can you please help me with the process that how can I share file privately with you.
