I am trying to boost the audio volume on two sound files that were recorded at different levels. The Sound Volume button does not work in the Audio Editor or on the slide. Any suggestions?
Are you adjusting the audio as detailed here? When previewing it or testing out the published version have you also checked that your system audio level to see if it's at it's highest/lowest and therefore impacting how you're working with the audio in Storyline?

Thanks. This was helpful. I was able to boost the audio on a clip 100%. Good results--no pops or crackles.
