Branched learning not marking as complete on LMS

Hi there

I am going round in circles trying to get this branched learning scenario to mark as Complete on our Cornerstone OnDemand LMS. I really can't see where I'm going wrong!!

I'd be so grateful if someone could have a look and see what I'm missing please. (I couldn't upload the file directly as I kept getting a server error, so if this link doesn't work, please let me know.)

There are a few buttons on the very last page that I would love to work, but don't. Don't worry about those!! They're just a 'nice to have'.
