Brought to slide based on calculation

Hi All,

I'd like to create an assessment where the user rates 11 statements on a 5 point scale.

It would add up the #'s from all 11 q's and then, based on their total, the next 4 slides would make different recommendations based on their score (above 45, 35-45, 21-34, 20 or less) so if they had 20 or less, it would automatically take them to slide #4 for specific recommendations.

Is there already a similar Storyline template in our community for downloading, by chance?

If not, any help would be appreciated.
