Browser troubleshooting content for programs
Jun 14, 2019
Hi everyone,
I'm curious to know if Articulate has any standard browser-related troubleshooting tips for learners experiencing playback or functionality issues. We typically provide tips in table form, showing the reported issue and the corresponding adjustment/fix (IE 11 PDF settings, for example).
Our organization is moving from IE 11 to Win 10/Edge environment and users will be able to access other browsers, if desired. Ideally, we could provide them with tips for Google, Chrome, Mozilla and Edge.
Is anyone aware of such a resource? I've looked in the support database, but understandably can only find developer-related tips.
Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
Paula

Hi Paula,
You can see our supported viewing environments here along with a comparison chart of output here, but nothing specific to the individual browsers.
I look forward to any tips the community shares with you in how they handle any similar requirements.
What You Need to Know About HTML5 for Web Browsers
Hi Leslie,
Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, no one else has posted any tips. I would have thought that would have been something most developers would put on their HELP tab.
Thanks again,
Paula
