Buggy pdf links

Has anyone else noticed odd behavior regarding broken links to PDFs when linking from a Storyline slide? I've seen several cases where I've set up the link, tested it in Review; then later, when updating the course (but not changing the link at all); and testing the course again in Review I see that the link is broken. I've had several cases where have had to reset the same link to the same document in the same directory, and republished a second time to get the link back to working. Just curious if that's been an issue for anyone else?

Linked files that are stored locally are on packaged when you publish if you move the file or folder that stores the file it will not get packaged on subsequent publishes.
Also some network drives will get mapped to a different letter each time you login sonnet ideal place to store files for linking.
I've accounted for that by being careful to work with local files (non-network) only, and to keep a standard Resources folder in the local project where the PDFs are stored, and not changing the folder or location since setting up the link
Only time it happens to me is when the drive gets remapped, as I work on a Mac most drives are treated as network drives.
If you are confident that it is not the folder being moved I would open a support case.
