Hi! Is it possible to put restrictions on the scenes of a menu, so that when colleagues are viewing a training in Articulate Storyline, they do not have access to view the slides within each scene?
We want to keep the main scene titles so that colleagues can see how far along they are in the training. We know there is the autocollapse setting however this only pulls the scenes back together once they have all been viewed.
I have attached an imgae to show how the first scene is expanded (which is what we want to prevent)
Select the scene or slide, then click Delete heading below the menu. Scenes or slides you remove from the menu will still be part of your course; they just won't show in the menu.
If you delete a title that has sublevel items below it, Storyline will give you the option to keep or remove those items.

You could simply remove the title from the menu.
