Bullet Glitch

Hello there, 

I am currently working on a project for my organization and I have come to this glitch that I will call "Ghost Bullet".  While working on this project I have seen this ghost popping up in a few occasions but I have managed to somehow remove it.  Nevertheless, It comes from time to time; when it shows up it is extremely difficult to remove it. 

So far I have tried indenting, adding extra spaces with enter key, retyping the sentence, removing/adding bullet list, etc. 

I shall recall this issue is only visible while previewing the project on storyline or after it has been exported to our LMS.

Note: Can't show any more info than this as I work for a strict organization.
