Would you be willing to share your project file here or in private through a support case so we can take a look at why your bullet points are not aligning as intended? We'll delete your project file as soon as we're done troubleshooting.
Here attached you can find the bug. In the user view, the text just not goes a separate line but keep all paragraph together. Either if I use bullet points or full stop point

Hi Joe,
Here attached you can find the bug. In the user view, the text just not goes a separate line but keep all paragraph together. Either if I use bullet points or full stop point
Thanks for checking it
in storyline there are two different types of line breaks
- soft line break = Macintosh (CR)
- hard line break = Unix (LF)
do you have used the correct type of line breaks - Unix (LF) ?
Jürgen
I work only with Rise so far
Rise - oh that's why i couldn't identify the screenshot :)
multiline input is on many programms a problem
which method do you use to enter the multiline text - via the clipboard or by hand?
Jürgen
Thanks Jürgen, I tried both. Neither of them work
I would try all 3 possibilities - LF, CR, CR/LF
a good freeware tool for this is notepad++
https://notepad-plus-plus.org
first activate Menu View → Show Symbol → Show All Characters
you can change the line break char - click at position of "Unix (LF)"
copy the text from text editor to the clipboard and then into Rise
if none of the three options work, then i would open a support ticket
