Hello E-Learning Heroes: I am having an issue with a published course from an outside vendor. I've seen other conversations regarding this topic, is this disappearing button issue isolated to Chrome or are other browsers affected as well? What is the recommended course of action?
I experienced this issue a few months ago, but once I updated Storyline this went away and the user was able to see the button. I would ask them to update and then republish.
Justin, we're happy to have a look at that course or the output to see what version of Storyline was used to publish the course. If you have access to the course file, you could share it with us here. We'll delete it when we're done troubleshooting. If you can't share it, I'd want to know:
Hi Justin, I've had the same issue. After testing in the latest versions of FireFox and Edge, I can confirm that it's only in Chrome. The solution I've found is to change your browser settings to Lock player at optimal size solves the problem.
