Has anyone had success using a value calculated from user input as the correct answer in a numeric or fill-in-the-blank question slide? We want users to input several measurements they have made during a lab activity and then calculate the average of those measurements for the quiz question.

Calculating the value isn't the problem (although it would be nice not to have to use so many triggers), it's checking the actual value against a user-entered value and awarding points in a quiz slide if the value is within appropriate limits. That way the score can be easily passed back to our LMS. We've had issues with getting scores passed correctly when using Javascript in a quiz, so I need to avoid that if possible.
Thank you for clarifying this! I've only seen this built with JavaScript. I hope one of our brilliant Instructional Designers can walk you through building this without JavaScript!
