Are you testing the published output within the intended environment or testing it locally? You'll want to load to your web server or LMS to test as described here. If the videos are still not playing within your published output, you may want to review a few of the other troubleshooting steps here.
I don't know anything about Camtasia or settings for publishing it - but if it's a standard MP4 file that is created, it should work as expected in the published Storyline output. How are you publishing your course and hosting it?
Hi, Has this issue been resolved? I am experiencing the same issue. After publishing the module online, the video shows a grey bar "swf" instead of the video.
I checked the file format again and it is indeed MP4.

I have asked a co-worker to try on their machine.
Why wil the file play in preview, but not in the published version?
Also, are there specific publishing settings that you suggest for Camtasia?
