I'm fairly new to Articulate and have been asked if we can load the employee handbook to the LMS. Is there a way to upload the PDF file into Articulate? I suggested a hyperlink, but they would like it fully contained within a course if this is possible.

In Storyline, you can add a PDF to the player-level Resources.
You can also add a PDF on a given slide by using the OpenURL/file trigger:
In Rise, use the Attachment block.
