1st post here, so please be gentle. That said, I've several projects where I am adding "dirty" audio that needs editing, so I'm using Storyline's audio edition. I have a variable set to only allow progression once that audio ends. the only problem is, when I add the unedited audio, and edit it, the timeline doesn't adjust the newly edited audio, which is a huge pain. Is there a setting that would accomplish that task automatically?
Unfortunately there isn't a setting that would adjust the timeline to match any changes you've made to your audio. The timeline automatically lengthens when you insert an audio/media file that is longer than the timeline is before the insertion. After that if you make changes you'll have to drag the timeline back to the end of the last object. With that being said, you also may want to submit this as a feature request.
