Can get Review Test Results to work properly -- Help!

Okay all you eLearning Heroes -- I need your help.

I'm attaching some screen shots to help you help me.

After taking the 7-question test, I press the Review Results button and I can review the results of all 7 questions successfully.  However, after reviewing the answers to the 7th slide and upon hitting the Next button, I am taking to the remediation for question 2.1 (slide 2.15).  I expect to be taken back to the Results Slide where I can print the results or hit next and go to the end of the module.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  This is driving me crazy!
