I modified Meet the Team template, but kept all triggers in place.
However, I added the Review Quiz button and it does not seem to work fully. I can review the quiz information, but after the last question, the Next button will not work to return to the results slide for further actions for the participant.

Thanks for sharing your file and allowing us to take a look.
Looks like the issue due to the fact that your review slide is in a different scene than your quiz.
Nicole explains how to handle that here best.
You need a trigger for the Next button during the review:
