The Edit Resource box does not have the same settings that the Trigger Wizards for the Web Object and the Hyperlinks have. The New Browser Windows Properties dialog box of the Trigger Wizard allows me to create a custom size when I select "Display in new browser window." The Edit Resource dialog box does not even allow me to choose to open a new window let alone customize a new window size.
Is there a work around? How do I stop the Resources from using the browser's settings and instead open a new window that has a customized size?

Unfortunately there is not a way to change the browser settings within the player tab in Storyline.
However, you can submit a feature request.
