I believe there is no option yet to import custom text-to-voice audio into SL360. But I think this is a great idea/suggestion! The option to import custom assets such as text-to-voice audio would be a great functionality.
I also saw this other discussion regarding adding custom text-to-voice assets, and as per Leslie, she requested this feature to be considered:
