I am new; just started at Agfa Healthcare; and have to lead the update of a training course done by my predessor on storyline. The material has to be reviewed and updated by many SMEs in the company. So I need to transfer the storyline file to power point so the SMEs can update their sections. How can I do this?
Exporting to word give you the slides "static" so the SME's can't update them; or is there a way to make the slides "live" and the SMEs can edit them directly?
Depending on the complexity of your content, you could copy and paste the on-screen text into the notes section of each slide and then publish to Word (ensuring that you click to select 'Show slide notes' under 'Properties' in the Publish window).
Alternatively, if you click on the Articulate logo in the top-left, hover over 'Translation' and select 'Export', this will provide you with a document that contains the on-screen text that can be edited.

Hi Hala - welcome to Heroes!
Unfortunately, you can only import PowerPoint into Storyline and not the other way round.
However, if you want to give your SME's a version of the Storyline course that they can edit, you can publish the file to Word as described here.
I hope this helps and good luck with your project
Hi Antony,
Thanks for your quick answer!
