Welcome to Heroes, happy you're here! Michael is right- unfortunately there isn't going to be a way to convert the published output back into a source file. You'll need access to the original .story project file in order to make any edits or republish it.

Unless the .story file is contained in the DataProtectionADM zip file in your screenshot, there is no way to get it back from published content.
