When I try to open Articulate 360 I get a "Waiting to Install Articulate 360..." message. I tried rebooting and all of the normal steps then I get a prompt that says "Redirecting to your browser" then a "Can't Load" message. any help would be appreciated.

Hi - I am experiencing exactly the same issue - "Waiting to install Articulate 360" ...but nothing happens.
