I have a current subscription to Articulate 360 and I'm getting the following message when I open up Storyline360: The file "360 Test.story" is being used by another process or you do not have the proper security permission to access this resource. Make a copy of your project file, then try to open the new file. I have tried making a copy of the project file, but continue to get the same error message. Any ideas how I may resolve this issue?
I'm happy to help! I'd recommend making a copy of the project using a different name, and then opening the file in Storyline 360. If that doesn't do the trick, I'd suggest sharing your .story file with a Support Engineer.
