I have about 60 VO's I need to add to a course and Storyline 360 is giving me an error saying 'unsupported format' every time I try to add one. I've tried turning the file into the 16 bit 44 Wav file but i'm either not doing it correctly or am doing it correctly but still having issues. I've added one audio file and would LOVE someone to help me work this out. FYI - I use Audacity but also have Garage Band (though have never used it).

The audio file inserted properly for me and played as it should. Here's a demo.
