Hi, I am selecting CC in Player Controls, yet it will not show up when previewing the module, so I cannot access the Closed Captions to view. Anyone have this issue?
The CC button in the player will only show up for slides that have had captions added to their audio or video files. Do you have a slide you can share where this is not working?
What I have discovered is that you can't just preview the slide, you have to preview the whole project in order to see the closed captioning playing on a particular slide. And the CC button will also show on the preview project, but not on the preview slide. Maybe Articulate can allow it to work on preview slide on the next set of updates.
My next issue to deal with is the NEXT button on that slide now won't show as active. I had to set the video with CC to move to next slide at the end of the video. Not sure why the NEXT button won't work now, but I am going to chalk it up to a bad technology day and keep going...

You mention that you have the slide set to automatically proceed to the next slide when the video is completed, but that the Next button is not working.
Do you also have a trigger on the Next button for when the user clicks?
Do you have a trigger on the Next button that makes it unavailable?
