Thank you for sharing and taking the time to record that. I am excited to see it worked on your iPad Air. It makes me wonder if there is a setting or something uniquely different about my iPad that doesn't generate the same result.
Thank you for testing. Hmm... I'm wondering why my iPhone won't generate the same result; making the narration audible. I've updated to iOS 10.2 and my phone volume control is up.
I will look at the article. I experienced success hearing the narration on my iPhone 30 minutes ago but after additional attempts, the narration was gone. I'm also still not having luck on my iPad. Hmm... well, at least others heard it.
I also tested this on my iPhone and iPad, both running iOS 10.2, and I was able to hear audio on both mobile devices. If you would like to connect with a Support Engineer to investigate this further, you can do so by way of this form. They're available 24/7 and will work with you one-on-one to find the solution to your issue!

P.S. - The mobile devices I'm using are the iphone6 and an Apple tablet. Neither play the audio narration but the music on slide 2 seems to work.
I tried on a Samsung Galaxy S6 and I can hear the narration.
I just tried on ipad air and I can hear narration - only checked the first two slides but no issues for me.
Interesting. I can't hear narration on the first two slides on an iPad or iPhone, even after updating to iOS 10.2. Desktop works fine though. Hmm.....
Hi Doug
here is a video taken on my iPhone 6 watching your course on my iPad Air

Hi Doug
it's odd it doesn't play on either of your Apple devices that are running IOS 10.2 which both mine are running.
I'm sure you have checked but here is an Apple Support article that I found that may help troubleshoot
