Can't import power point file to Articulate Story 2

Hi everbody,

I imported a .pptx file to Articulate Story 2. It showed this error:

I don't know why. Please help me! Thanks.

Sorry to hear you're running into that error, Phuong! Here are a few initial things to check:

Be sure you're working from your local hard drive.
Follow these steps to import Powerpoint slides into Storyline.

If both of those check out and you're still getting stuck, send us a copy of the PowerPoint file by clicking here. We'll test the import and let you know what we find!
