Can't open SL 360; get error msg saying I'm offline

Hello, I just signed up for a free trial. I am able to download and install SL360, but every time I open the desktop app to log in, SL360 says I am offline and not connected to the internet. I'm definitely connected to the internet. I've restarted my computer twice and reinstalled SL360 twice, but continue to get the same offline message. Any suggestions? Ty!

Thanks for letting us know you're still running into issues accessing Articulate 360! I see where you've worked with my teammate, Rowie, in the past to troubleshoot this.
