Are you saying that once I upload Storyline 360 updates the files created in the earlier version can no longer be opened??? How can this be??? Please say it isn't so!!
Don't worry, John! When you open a Storyline 1 or Storyline 2 file in Storyline 360, backup copies of your original project files will automatically be created in case you need to go back later.
Thank you for reaching out, Alyssa. I may not have been clear in my original communication. All of my courses have been created in Storyline 360 (I'm a "newbie"). I have installed a few updates since I purchased my subscription and I am now not able to open courses I created and published only a couple of months ago. As you probably know I opened a ticket for this.

Ah, thanks for clarifying that John. You should be able to open any file you created with Storyline 360. Smart idea to open a case. I do see it in our queue, and I'll follow along there!

If you created this on Storyline 360 you will not be able to open the file in Storyline 2. Storyline is not backwards compatible.
