Can anyone help with this issue. I can't open any Storyline file. I keep getting this error message (see attached). I updated my flash and I still get the message. Is this a common issue?
Are you still running into issues with opening Storyline? Did you review the information Leslie shared above to ensure you're running the latest updates of Storyline? Also do you know what version of Flash is installed on your system? You may want to look at updating that as well and there are some directions here that should assist you.
