Hi there, Catalina. It sounds like you created some freeform quiz slides and are shuffling the answers. When you preview the slides, they don't work for desktop preview, but the mobile device preview (tablet and phone, portrait and landscape) works. Is that right so far?
What kind of freeform questions are they (drag-and-drop, pick one, pick many)?
Is this happening in a brand new project as well?
If you can make a Peek recording of what you're doing, that would be super helpful for me to try to test the same process. Thanks!
Hi there Catalina! We're seeing an issue in Storyline 360 where the answer choices on Freeform Question slides are hidden when the slide has a background image or graphic. Specifically, this happens when "Shuffle" is turned on.
Does everything work correctly if you switch "Shuffle" to off?
If so, that means you're running into the bug I described. The fix is coming soon -- we'll let you know as soon as it's ready!
