Can't preview or publish content in Traditional Chinese

Hi

I translated some materials into trad. Chinese, but Storyline won't publish it. When I publish, it runs through the 41 slides but then returns to the publish menu. I'm trying to publish for web.

I get this error when I try to preview:

ERROR: Could not load the file 'C:\Temp\Articulate\Storyline\6jQY3aHBG13\Preview\story_content/data.xml'

Any ideas?
