Can't unmute volume

I'm having a problem with the published version of a course (problem doesn't occur in the unpublished version). When I try to adjust the volume using the volume button on the player, I usually accidentally mute the volume and then I cannot un-mute it. I end up having to close and re-open the module.

Has anyone else had a similar issue, or does anyone know what is causing this issue?

Hi Adrienne,

I haven't seen this as an issue, but I'd want to know a bit more about what version and update of Storyline you're currently using and where you're testing the published output to try and replicate it. To check the update/version, go to the Help tab -> About Articulate Storyline. I'd also suggest testing it once uploaded to the intended publish environment and tested in one of the supported browsers here. I included the link for Storyline 2, as any of those should also work with Storyline 360 content.

Hello Adrienne - I took a look at your case this morning and it looks like Wilbert has reported your issue and it is being investigated. I will add this thread as well for follow up when applicable.

For anyone else that may happen upon this thread in the meantime:

Workaround:
1) Use Internet Explorer; OR
2) Player size should be "Lock player at optimal size"
