I have a course created in SL2 which has flash images and videos. Will the flash images as well as the videos be converted to other formats usable in Articulate 360 and Articulate Storyline 3. Also just wanted to know when were the Storyline 3 and 360 tools available for downloads initially?

Flash movies (SWF files) only work in Flash courses. We recommend replacing Flash movies with non-Flash videos, such as MP4 files, and then republishing your courses as HTML5 output.
Both Articulate 360 and Storyline 3 were architected without Flash dependencies, so these apps continue to work since Adobe discontinued Flash.
