Can you add a separate zip file to open from an Articulate Storyline 360 project?

I was sent a zip file for a project for my agency that needs to go out in our LMS. The issue is that I have a form that also needs to go with that assignment and creating two separate assignments, one with the zip file I was sent, and one with the form, seems to be confusing to our folks, they finish the training, but don't go back for the form. I can't make changes to the zip file because it was sent to me from an external source. Does anyone know of a way to add it to my Storyline project that I have our form in to create one assignment? If there is a way to get that project to open from the Articulate file using a button or some sort of trigger, that would be preferred. I did try a button but it just opens the zip file info, so I'm not sure if there's a way to link it differently.
