Cannot download photos and illustrations from Content Library360

Hello,

Does anyone have the similar experience? How to solve it?

Characters, icons and videos: no issue

Photos/illustrations: Some images are ok but some don't. An error message appears:

It sounds like you've hit a snag when trying to download content from Content Library 360. I'd be happy to assist with that!

A helpful first step would be confirming that the network endpoints are enabled. You may need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's allowlist.

Hello Steven,

Tks for the info. Do you mean the network endpoints will block some of images? I thought if it is the root cause, all images should not be able to be downloaded.

You may see this error message you reported when not all domains have been added to your allowlist, so checking that the network endpoints are enabled is a great first step! If this doesn't resolve the issue, please let us know and we'll be happy to troubleshoot further!
