Unable to view illustrations

Hi

Has anyone had this issue before.

I am unable to view online content such as illustrations, some photos...

Hi Ian!  You may need to check with your network administrator to make sure that port 443 is open and articulate.com is allowed to access the resources included with your Articulate 360 subscription.  For complete access to all things Articulate 360, ask your IT staff to allowlist the domains in this article:
