Cannot interact with quiz questions in preivew

Hello Community!
I have a problem I am hoping someone can help me get to the bottom of. I have created a 9-question quiz using custom quiz questions and feedback layers. When I preview the questions themselves, each works fine. And, when I run through the preview (either local or on Review 360) everything works perfectly. However, when I run through it a second time or re-open just the question a second time, Q4 (matching drop-down), Q5 (multiple response), and Q7 (multiple response) prevent me from interacting with the question (I have checked for an invisible shape to no avail). I re-created my file as the original has client content and verified it is behaving the same way. I am at my wit's end. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
UPDATE: I thought I had fixed the issue by setting the revisit option to set to initial state...but once published, it didn't work.

Hi Sally,
I can see that your triggers on each slide includes "Submit Results...". You'll only need to do this on the results slide (1.10 on your example).
If you remove this trigger from each of the Knowledge Check slides and also set the slide revisit properties to "Reset to initial state", then the user should be able to interact with the quiz again on revisit.
