Cannot preview project in SL3

I recently upgraded from SL2 to SL3. I am starting to pull some of my prior projects into SL3 so that I can utilize the new features. However, I cannot preview those projects in SL3, but when I switch back to SL2 there are no issues with the preview. I thought it may have something to do with converting my SL2 projects to 3, but even when I create a new project in SL3 I am getting the same result. This is happening to all of my team members. Does this have something to do with our Flash Player? If so, what flash player do we need to have to make the preview functions work? Thank you!

Preview in Storyline 3 is based in HTML5 - so nothing to do with Flash actually!
What happens when you try to preview? Do you see an error message? Does it not load? Can you not click on the Preview button at all?
If things are acting a little "wonky" one of my first recommendations is to start with a simple repair.
Let me know how it's looking after that.
I can get to the preview. I do not get an error message but instead just get a gray screen. See the screenshot below.
Thanks Chris for that screenshot. Have you gone through the repair steps already? Could you share the file with me so that I could test it as well?
This is exactly what has started happening to me!
It surprises me that Articulate seems surprised when people write up about this.
If SL3 is not reliant on Flash why aren't my modules previewing, they were.

It sounds like you're seeing a blank screen when previewing in Storyline 3, is that right? Can you tell me a little more about what's going on?
