Cannot publish to Articulate Online using Storyline 2 Publish

I currently have an E-Learning published to Articulate Online and I would like to update it to a new version. Every time I try to publish I get this error message. Is there something I am doing wrong that is causing this error? I did not have this problem when I first published my content or the second time I updated the content. It seems to happen when it is loading my questions.

Thank you for the feedback!! When I am publishing it is showing the progress so the application is not freezing on me and I have update 5. When I watch the progress it stops when it is generating the questions. Is there any other reason the system would encounter an error? Could it be on one of my slides? i have even tried manual publishing and that generates the same error message. 

I submitted a case but I hoping to upload this as soon as possible, if you have any other ideas what could be causing this I would greatly appreicate any help. Thank you so much!
