The shape looks like the attached picture when I try to Edit States. Other shapes like it on other slides are all able to be resize, colored, etc.
The shape has an odd blue cross next to it when trying to Edit States. The shape will also not show the transform window around it when selecting it from the Timeline.
I'm unable to recreate this behavior with a shape and additional states.
