I am getting an error message "The project file could not be saved - CorruptedData". Closed out the file and re-opened and still cannot save new changes. Tried to open in Articulate Storyline 2 (not 360/but is updated) and it won't open because it say's it's in a newer version. Help!
So sorry to hear you're getting this error message - I know that's frustrating. The most common cause of file corruption is working off a network or shared drive as described here. You will want to work on local project files. You'll also want to check that the file name and file path are well below the 260 character limit, and don't include any special characters, accents, etc.

You could also try to import your existing project into a new project within Storyline to resolve any corruption issues. If that doesn't work, I'd look at going through the repair steps and then reach out to our Support Engineers if it's still happening. They're available 24/7 and will be able to help you one on one.

I closed it out and started a new file, renamed it and imported the old one and it seems to be working. Thanks again for the quick response. Mike
