Cannot Sign In to Storyline or Articulate 360

Hello - while in Storyline today, I received notification that I needed to sign in to Storyline or else all of my changes would be lost. I cannot sign in to either Storyline of Articulate; I am caught in a loop of being redirected to my browser t sign in, but when that window opens, all I see is my account preferences. I have restarted my computer and cleared my cache in the browser.
