I noticed on slides 1.35 and 1.36 that the custom previous button you created had a trigger to move to the previous slide when the timeline starts. Once I changed it to when the user clicks, it worked!
I am also attaching the edited .story file here so you can see the changes I made.
The Jump to Previous/Next slide trigger in Storyline is related to the previously viewed slide (similar to a browser back button), not necessarily the slides' sequence. The best way to ensure what you want is to point to the specific slide number you want the user to go to.
For example, on slide 1.35 you would have the prev 1 button jumping to 1.34, and the next 1 button jumping to 1.36. I noticed on some of your slides, such as Slide 1.19, you took that route, but not on the ones mentioned.
I'm just wondering when I assign "previous slide" to Botton "prev 1" it doesn't work, but specific slide it works while no of slides is shown consecutively
I understand the confusion and I can see that Maria explained it above, but I've recorded a quick Peek 360 video to demonstrate what I'm seeing and why it is behaving in this way.
Hope that helps clarify and just let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hi Maria,
It really works
But another problem with this lesson, from slide 1.35 I cannot back to slide 1.34 :(
When I click previous Botton, slide 1.36 show ups, not 1.34
what should I do?
In another lesson, this bug occurs so many times
Hello, Sa Ctl,
I am glad it worked!
