I published a course as a web file on Storyline 2 in order to place the course on our website. We want employees to be able to click on the link and view the course. However, when the file is opened in internet explorer, it does not work. We get a blank a page. When the file is opened using firefox, it work. The problem is our company does not want people downloading firefox. Is there any way I can fix this issue without having to upgrade IE or having everyone download Firefox?
Hi, Remy - Per the System Requirements for Storyline 2, you should be able to view your course using IE8. Perhaps it might be a security setting in IE. Could you please share your file or a sample here so that we may test it for you?
