I built a training course in Articulate Storyline 360 about 2 years ago and it was accessed through Blackboard where I was able to run a report to see who had/had not completed it. Recently we have moved the course to Canvas and it doesn't seem to be reporting a grade as it had done in Blackboard.
Has anyone had this happen? Is there a setting I'm missing when I publish that is causing this?

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to test in SCORM Cloud and investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
I had this same result when moving from BB to another LMS. Verify with Canvas for what they need you to use, but I had to change to 2004 Version 1, and another detail that was contradictory to what BB needed for reporting I don't recall now. Each had to be re-published with the preferred format but was a pretty quick fix assuming you have all the source files on hand.
I am not familiar with Canvas to know if they would use the same, but the resolution might be in the same tab when going to publish. Canvas would know what to advise.
